If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use DayFrame.

About DayFrame

DayFrame is a personal productivity and cognitive workspace application designed to help users organize information from services they choose to connect.

DayFrame is currently provided as preview software and may change significantly over time.

Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice.

License to Use

DayFrame grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

This license does not transfer ownership of DayFrame or any associated intellectual property.

Your Data

Users retain ownership of their data.

DayFrame is designed as a local-first application and stores information on the user's device.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and for protecting access to their devices and connected accounts.

Connected Services

DayFrame may integrate with third-party services such as Google, GitHub, Microsoft, Bluesky, and other providers.

Your use of those services remains subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective providers.

DayFrame is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Use DayFrame to distribute malicious software
• Interfere with the operation of DayFrame or connected services
• Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or modify DayFrame except as permitted by applicable law

Feedback

DayFrame welcomes feedback, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, and other comments.

By submitting feedback, you grant DayFrame the right to use, modify, implement, and incorporate that feedback into the product without compensation or obligation.

Preview Software

DayFrame may be offered as alpha, beta, preview, experimental, or early-access software.

Preview software may contain bugs, incomplete features, performance issues, or other defects.

Users should not rely on preview software for critical business, financial, legal, medical, or safety-related purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DAYFRAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAYFRAME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DAYFRAME DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAYFRAME AND ITS CREATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF DAYFRAME.

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.

Termination

You may stop using DayFrame at any time.

The right to use DayFrame may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Updated versions will be posted on the DayFrame website.

Continued use of DayFrame after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
